Nephrologists Rohan Kataria, M.D., and Gabino Maza, M.D. join CRMC and The Kidney Care Clinic

Cookeville Regional Medical Center proudly welcome Rohan Kataria, M.D., and Gabino Maza, M.D., to its medical staff. They join the Kidney Care Clinic with fellow nephrologists Zaid Brifkani, M.D., and nurse practitioner Taylor Russell.

Dr. Kataria received his medical degree in 2017 Maulana Azad Medical College in New Delhi, India. He completed his residency in Internal Medicine at The Wright Center for Graduate Medical Education, Scranton, PA and fellowship in Nephrology at the Medical University of South Carolina, Charleston, SC.

Dr. Maza received his medical degree in 2014 from Universidad de San Carlos Facultad de Ciencias Médicas, Guatemala. He completed his residency at Loyola Medicine MacNeal Hospital in Berwayn, Illinois and a fellowship in nephrology at the University of Wisconsin- Madison Hospitals and Clinics in Madison, WI. He is also certified by the American Hypertension Specialist Certification Program (AHSCP) as a Certified Hypertension Specialist.
