CRMC Outpatient Pharmacy Extends Hours

A customer picks up a prescription at CRMC’s Outpatient Pharmacy window.

The Cookeville Regional Medical Center (CRMC) Outpatient Pharmacy has extended business hours. The Outpatient Pharmacy is open Monday through Friday, 7 a.m. to 7 p.m., and Saturday, 8 a.m. to 1 p.m.

The Outpatient Pharmacy is available to anyone. “One of the biggest misconceptions in the community is that the pharmacy is only for employees and discharged patients, but we are a community pharmacy,” said Sheldon Hitchcock, Pharmacy Director at CRMC. “We are expanding hours and becoming more patient-oriented to serve our community better.”

CRMC Outpatient Pharmacy is the only specialty pharmacy in the region. “We are able to carry drugs to treat high-risk diseases and conditions,” said Amy Cravens, Outpatient/Specialty Pharmacy Manager at CRMC.

CRMC Outpatient Pharmacy is located at the corner of North Hickory Avenue and West 4th Street. You can pick up prescriptions by walking in or through the full-service drive-through.

Access prescriptions using the CRMC Outpatient Pharmacy app, available in the App Store and Google Play. In the app, patients can manage their family’s prescriptions under one account, view important information about their medication, request a refill and more.

For more information, contact CRMC Outpatient Pharmacy at 931-783-2552, the specialty pharmacy at 931-783-2550, or visit the pharmacy.
