At Cookeville Regional Medical Center, we want you to be comfortable in knowing where you will be giving birth and who will be taking care of you and your new baby.

Registration information

To pre-register for your hospital stay, please contact the Patient Registration Department at 931-783-2630.

The registration department will visit with you for 10-15 minutes at some point after your initial arrival to the hospital.

PLEASE REMEMBER TO BRING YOUR INSURANCE CARD AND PHOTO ID WITH YOU TO THE HOSPITAL FOR EACH VISIT.

  • All county health departments offer free breastfeeding support in Tennessee. Call your local department of health for more information.
  • TN Breastfeeding Hotline can be reached 24/7 for support by dialing 844-4BFMOMS (844-423-6667)
  • Breastfeeding USA Cookeville Chapter meets the First Saturday of each month from 10-11:30 a.m. at Church on the Hill

Where you can get a breast pump:

  • Aeroflowbreastpumps.com This site will walk you through the steps of how to obtain a pump through insurance
  • Contact your insurance company and request information on what breast pump you may qualify for
  • Major retail stores such as Target, Walmart, or Amazon have a variety of pumps
  • You can purchase directly through a number of breast pump manufactures
  • Medical Supply Services at 749 W. Jackson St. in Cookeville carries pumps. You can call 931-525-1178 to reach them.
