CRMC Outpatient Infusion Center Relocates

Outpatient Infusion Center staff ready for reopen

The Outpatient Infusion Center at Cookeville Regional Medical Center has moved from its current location on the 5th floor to the first floor of the Professional Office Building (POB) at 145 W 4th St., in Cookeville. The new location is now more conveniently located to accommodate patients and their families who come in for infusion therapies.

“We have patients who come in routinely to receive infusion services,” said Amy Rich, Chief Nursing Officer at CRMC. “The first floor of our Professional Office Building allows for easier and more convenient patient access to outpatient infusion therapies.”

Patients will now enter through the East Entrance, next to the Emergency Department, and check in at the door greeters who will direct them to the Professional Office Building entrance from there. There will be reserved parking spots for Outpatient Infusion Center patients located in the Emergency Department parking lot.

“We are excited to add reserved parking for our patients. While these spots won’t accommodate all our patients, the reserved spots will help to better serve patients and their families,” added Rich.

Cookeville Regional’s Outpatient Infusion Center staff are able to treat a variety of conditions that require infusion therapy, from anemia, multiple sclerosis, IV antibiotics and much more. The Outpatient Infusion Center does require a provider referral and is by appointment only.
