Stratus Imaging Share

Cookeville Regional Medical Center’s Imaging Center makes it easy to share your imaging studies through the Nucleus Health online imaging portal. This allows patients and healthcare providers to easily and securely share radiology exams and collaborate over the internet when necessary.

The patient may provide their email address to create a Stratus Imaging Share account.

While the Cookeville Regional patient portal (myCRMChealth.org powered by Follow My Health) allows patients to access their written patient records, this option through Nucleus Health allows them access to the actual images associated with their imaging studies.
