Public Service Announcement: MEDICARE SCAM CALLS

Phone calls are being made to the public from two Cookeville Regional Medical Center Phone numbers 931-783-2200 and 931-783-2000 regarding a patient missing their Medicare appointment or needing to update their insurance at Cookeville Regional Medical Center.
This is a scam.
It’s crucial to exercise caution when receiving such calls. We want to educate and remind the community to be aware of scam calls and to verify the caller before giving out personal information.
