The Cancer Care Fund

Cancer can create problems and concerns that even the best medicine cannot remedy and families cannot anticipate. A diagnosis of cancer is stressful enough without the added burden of financial concerns and unmet needs. That’s why we created our tax deductible Cancer Care Fund. With zero overhead, 100% goes directly to patients and their families so patients can concentrate on healing and not worry about finding resources for basic necessities.  Transportation reimbursement, utility bills, lodging, groceries, prescription drugs- even things like car repairs, medicinal suppliesand insurance premiums are considered.

Patients receiving treatment in The Cancer Center are screened by our oncology social worker. If patients have needs that cannot be met by traditional means, the Fund is called upon to help.
