  • Cookeville Regional Medical Group (CRMG) patients
  • Emergency Department patients
  • Same Day Surgery patients
  • CRMC employees and their family members
  • CRMG employees and their family members
  • CRMC volunteers
  • And healthcare providers at Cookeville Regional

This means the Outpatient Pharmacy can fill your prescriptions for you, the patient, before you ever leave the hospital! Hours of operations: Monday- Friday 7:30 a.m.- 5:30 p.m.

Frequently Asked Questions about the Outpatient Pharmacy

Where is the Outpatient Pharmacy located?

It is located on the second floor inside the East Entrance of the medical center across from the glass elevator that goes to Same Day Surgery. Payment Prescriptions filled at the Outpatient Pharmacy must be paid at time of pickup with cash, credit/debit card, HSA card (flex spend card) or check. Please provide prescription insurance card when presenting prescriptions. CRMC and CRMG employees- Payroll deduction is not available.

Does the Outpatient Pharmacy fill compounded drug prescriptions? No, the Outpatient Pharmacy is not able to compound at this time.

What if I am going out of town?

If you are going out of town and need a prescriptions filled while you are away, you can call us and we can transfer the prescription to another pharmacy where you are.

What do I need to bring with me to the Outpatient Pharmacy when filling a prescription?
