CRMC Offers Courtesy Transport Service For Staff And Visitors on Campus
Cookeville Regional Medical Center now has a courtesy transport service available to make visiting CRMC easier. It is free of charge and will help transport patients, visitors and CRMC employees traveling between the hospital and their vehicles. It will also be able to transport to nearby CRMC facilities.

“We know parking is an issue at the medical center and we are making an effort to help our visitors when they have to park farther away,” said Mike Burnette, director of Protective Services.

The courtesy transport van will be available Monday through Friday from 6:30 a.m. until 5:30 p.m. It will be closed on holidays.

The phone number for transport is 931-252-1281 or call extension 7433 from inside the hospital (RIDE).

Pick up will be done in the order of calls received.

At this time, the patient transport vehicle is not wheelchair accessible.

This vehicle is not to be used in emergent situations, and passengers under the age of 18 years old must be accompanied by an adult.  Smoking is not permitted in the patient transport vehicle.
