Cookeville Regional and Cookeville Wal-Mart Partner Together for Community Health Fair

Cookeville Regional Medical Center and Wal-Mart are teaming together to provide a community health fair at the Cookeville Wal-Mart location on Friday, May 11 from 7:30 a.m. until noon. The health fair will include various health screenings and health information booths.

Numerous affordable screenings available at the Health Fair will include:

• Blood Pressure
• Cholesterol and Lipid Profile
• Vitamin D Level
• Prostate Specific Antigen
• Complete Blood Count
• Oxygen Saturation
• Complete Chemistry Profile
• Thyroid Profile
• Hemoglobin A1C
• Blood Type
