What is the Patient Portal at CRMG?
The Patient Portal is an online tool powered by AthenaHealth. It is an internet based software product used by health care providers nationwide. It makes communication safer and easier, while reducing costs. All Cookeville Regional Medical Group physicians are encouraged to use the Patient Portal to effectively and securely communicate with their patients online
Is there a fee for using the Patient Portal at CRMG?
There is no charge for access or routine communications such as appointment request, prescription request and lab or imaging results.

How do I get started?

Can I manage other family member’s on my account?
Yes, but the patient is required to sign a patient portal authorization form.
Access to any family member's account will be put on hold or declined without the authorization form completed. This form requires signatures from both the family member and the proxy requesting access. You can sign this form by visiting your physician’s office. You can also print this form and return back to your physician’s office, or scan and email the form to Brittany Bush, myCRMCHealth Coordinator at email@example.com.
What is the age requirement to have a personal patient portal account?
You must be 18 or older to have a Patient Portal account. A minor can ask their parent or guardian to link to an account. Some exceptions for minors may apply.
When will I see my results?
Once your provider has received and read your results they will be released in your Patient Portal account.
