Description:	This position is responsible for operating an efficient and effective first impression of the hospital by routing both internal and external phone calls without delay. 1. EDUCATION: High School diploma or GED 2. EXPERIENCE: Some clerical experience and basic medical terminology preferable. 3. SKILLS: General knowledge of switchboards, paging systems, and general office equipment.
