Electronic Health Record Manager

Description: Position will be responsible for implementation, support and training for the electronic health record with all current and new staff in the MSO. 1. EDUCATION: Minimum high school diploma required. Physician office experience and Healthcare IT experience required. B.S. Degree preferred. 2. EXPERIENCE: A combined minimum of three years experience in a physician office setting and healthcare IT required. Must be knowledgeable of new trends in physician offices, clinical practices, and information systems. Ability to apply data processing technology for clinical and physician service areas. Working knowledge of medical terminology, current medical practices, and physician reimbursement methodology. 3. SKILLS: Must have the ability to think logically. Must have the ability to effectively use the various system tools provided. Must have analytical and problem solving skills. Must be able to utilize the various tools of the CQI process effectively.
