Hospital Admissions and Registration

The Patient Registration Department is located in the hospital's main lobby in the North Patient Tower.  You will need to come here for preregistration appointments, hospital admissions, and all outpatient studies done at the hospital facility.  After 6:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, and on weekends/holidays, registration is done in the Emergency Room.  If your physician has scheduled your outpatient x-rays or other imaging tests at the hospital’s Outpatient Imaging Center located at 251 West 3rd Street, you will register at that location.
