Student Orientation

Welcome to Cookeville Regional Medical Center!

We are pleased to have you at our facility and look forward to being a part of your clinical training.

To maintain a safe environment for patients, visitors and each other, please read over the orientation process below and complete each step as directed.

To complete the orientation process:

• Read over the Orientation Packet
• Read over and sign the Confidentiality Agreement. 
• Complete the Orientation Packet and return to the Education Department
• Contact Amy Mahan at 931-783-2039 or anmahan@crmchealth.org or Nancy Judd at 931-783-2030 or njudd@crmchealth.org in the Education department for job observation requests and clinical rotation requests.
• Park in any employee lot: Lot E , Lot H - 3rd & Whitney, Lot I, Lot K or Lot L
