Student Orientation

Welcome to Cookeville Regional Medical Center!

We are pleased to have you at our facility and look forward to being a part of your clinical training.

To maintain a safe environment for patients, visitors and each other, please read over the orientation process below and complete each step as directed.

To complete the orientation process:

• Read over the Orientation Packet
• Read over and sign the Confidentiality Agreement. Turn the signed copy into your instructor.
• Complete the Orientation Packet and turn it into to your instructor.
• Get your student badge from the Human Resources Department 4th floor of the Professional Office Building during hours of 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. Carol Ford in HR will assist you.
• Park in any employee lot: Lot E , Lot H - 3rd & Whitney, Lot I, Lot K or Lot L
