Description:

Must be able to interpret Spanish and English with our patients and medical staff in a proficient manner.  Will provide clerical support to the Customer Service Manager.

 

Qualifications for language interpreters and translators may be met through language proficiency assessment, education, training and experience.

  1. EDUCATION: High School Diploma required.

 

  1. EXPERIENCE:  Interpreting Spanish and English in a medical setting or related field required.

 

  1. SKILLS:  Fluent interpreting skills to include Medical Terminology. Must be detailed oriented, able to work both accurately and quickly.  Knowledge of general office procedures, proficient keyboarding skills, knowledge of general office equipment.  Experience of and basic knowledge of computer software including word processing; and the ability to learn new software quickly.  Must process ability to work well under pressure, to function independently, and to be flexible in applying knowledge to a variety of situation.  Must deal with organization, personnel and public demands.  Must possess strong oral and written communication skills, diplomacy and tact; demonstrates personal traits of high-level motivation, team orientation, professionalism, and trustworthiness.  Places high value on treating others with dignity and respect.

Patient Experience & Employee Engagement Coordinator Apply

Description:

Provides administrative support and project management in the implementation of a patient experience that furthers the CRMC strategic goal of making every encounter a positive encounter.  Coordinates and developments Employee Engagement strategies and programs to increase employee satisfaction and retention.

 

  1. EDUCATION: High School diploma required. Undergraduate degree in health care or people-oriented services preferred; or an equivalent combination of people-oriented experience and training a plus.

 

  1. EXPERIENCE:  Customer Service/Employee Relations experience in an acute health care facility environment preferred.  3- 5  years of administrative/coordinator experience required.  

 

  1. SKILLS:  Preference for dealing with people: human relations skills (including patience and tactfulness), Must possess ability to work well under pressure, to function independently and dependably, and to be flexible in applying knowledge to a variety of situations. Must deal with organization, personnel and public demands.
