CRMC Board Approves New Facility Master Plan Study

In August 2011, the Cookeville Regional Medical Center board of trustees approved the commissioning of a new long-range, master-plan study for the hospital. Gresham, Smith & Partners was chosen to perform the update and also to perform a service-line needs analysis. The study will be completed for $100,000 or less and will require several months to complete.

The hospital's prior master plan pointed to the need for expansion of the ER facilities, the Obstetrics and Delivery Department, and surgical services.
